Forget the prestigious Park Lane and Mayfair, on the new Darwin Monopoly board you’ll instead make your money by investing in Mindil Beach and Litchfield National Park.
The board game, launching today, is the first official custom Monopoly for the Territory, and features some of the most iconic sites including the Tiwi Islands and Deckchair Cinema.
Every space on the board pays tribute to the Top End’s rich history, natural beauty, and thriving community.
The custom Darwin-themed squares and cards are:
Brown: George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens, Tiwi Islands
Light Blue: Darwin Entertainment Centre, Fannie Bay Goal, Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory
Pink: Territory Day, Darwin Street Art Festival, Darwin Golf Club
